Bioluminescence watch
A framework for a highly episodic event that should be reported only when credible current evidence exists.
What the radar can say
Bioluminescent coastal displays can be spectacular, but they are difficult to predict reliably from generic seasonal rules. We therefore do not fabricate a daily “bioluminescence forecast.”
What it cannot say
When an official monitoring program or a credible current observation feed can be normalized, CoastEventRadar can surface it as a dated evidence signal with its source. Until then, the event page explains what would count as evidence.
Use it in the radar
Start with Next 7 days for short-range planning or open a location desk to see the source components separately.
